Calories in ice cream sandwich without the chocolate wafer?

I know this is weird but me and a friend are debating how many calories would be in an ice cream sandwich (100 cals) if you removed the chocolate wafers on both sides. I TRULY despise and hate the chocolate part but want the vanilla center. How would you log that?

Why not just get vanilla ice cream? Serious question :p I'd just log it vanilla ice cream frankly.. 50ish calories worth.

Exactly. Save yourself the trouble and get some ice cream that you already know the calories of? It'd probably be cheaper, too.

I'm guessing they want the ice cream now, and can't run out to buy some, but have ice cream sandwiches.

I'd log it as 3/4 of a serving (75 cals) just to be on the safe side. Odds are the wafers are a little more than 25 calories but I'd err on the side of caution.

Er.... just log it as a complete sandwich... Better to over estimate than under estimate....
