I've always found that having a great playlist keeps me motivated and energized for a workout!

For me, it's a ton of reggaeton. My current favorites:

    I listen to anything with good bass - very hard not to sing out loud though: Avicii, Flo Rida, David Guetta, Rudimental, Eminem, even a bit of Kylie Minogue.

    I have 161 tracks in my Gym playlist, my iPod is full of a wide variety of different artists and genres, it's impossible for me to sit here and list them all.... But it ranges from Cliff Richard - Wired For Sound to Eminem Ft. Rihanna - Monster, The Wurzles - Blackbird to Pro Green Ft Sierra Kusterbeck - Avalon.

    I love music, what more can I say lol
