why junk food makes you stronger.

needless to say if you lived off crap you would end up unhealthy internally and it woudn't be good for your body in the long run .. i would have guessed that it would make you weaker/sluggish and less likely to want to work out ..

    While likely lacking in nutrient density, it doesn't lack in calorie density and when it comes to training, calories (energy) available make it MUCH easier to be stronger and sustain workout intensity longer.

    Junk food = energy

    What it doesn't equal is optimal health - that's not to say eating it in moderation will make you unhealthy, it just won't add to your health.
