So I'm a sucker for the crispy, almost burned edges of any chargrilled meat. I'm also a sucker for French Fries. So here's my crazy combo that hits the salty, crunchy, french fry craving - and it couldn't easier with only 2 ingredients.

Ingredients: Grill seasoning, oil spray, green beans*

1) Line a pan with tin foil. Turn on the Broiler.
2) Spray pan with olive oil spray or Pam
3) Layer the green beans on the pan. Spray with olive oil. Top with grill seasoning. Mix directly on the pan to ensure even coating.
4) Pop under the broiler. These blacken quickly, so you may have to rotate the pan once. Broil until crunchy - usually between 5-9 minutes.

*To make this super easy, I buy a huge bag of frozen petite green beans from CostCo. I don't defrost them, simply put them right in the oven as-is. Fresh are also delicious and will take less time.
