Good morning! My name is Candace and after some debate between Weight Watchers, Spark People, and this site, I decided to join here as it seems to be the most positive community in terms of encouragement. It doesn't hurt that it costs me zero dollars as well when seeking motivation on my bad days!
I decided that it is time to get serious about my health. I'm 32 but look much younger. I work as a social media marketer for a law firm and spend most of my day at my desk. I enjoy going for walks with my boyfriend and puppy and swimming, but would love to find more variety in working out. I would rather do something at home or outside instead of the gym. I tend to eat fairly healthy, but often eat out for date nights on the weekend. I would love to cut back on that and make healthier choices when dining out.

I agree this site, there is so much positivity in it.
And we're on the same boat I always eat so much whenever me and my boyfried go out for a date..
Well that was before, I'm on a diet now plus gym plus eating fairly amount of what I want

Hello from Ohio. I too am on a very long journey. On May 28th I weighed 400#. Unfortunately my scale does not go up that much so how my clothes are fitting is my guide. I get winded very quickly and everything hurts so for now exercise is limited.
I have good days and bad days, but the important thing is that if I have a bad day, I try harder the next day.0 -
