My old username was wardamnirish. I'm in my 40s, I compete in swimming and distance running, but a busy work schedule and personal issues have cut into my training time until fairly recently. I've lost almost 20 lbs already, but am trying to lose about 10-15 lbs more to get to where I want to be, like in my profile pic.

    You can only change it once and I had already done that before. For some reason I have a hard time picking names that really stick. lol
