Hi All,
I'm Kelly, female, live in Kansas and will turn the big 50 this March. Exactly one year ago I quit smoking cigarettes (Yeah!), but have gained a good 25, (uh, let's make that a bad 25) pounds. Feel great about not smoking. Feel like a big fat slob with the extra weight. It's really the first time in my life I've had to worry about my weight. So I bought a Pilates DVD, have started walking all 4 of our dogs up the street and back to "do their business" instead of just standing in the yard with them, and am counting calories.
So, here we go. Good luck to all the rest of you newcomers too, and Keep up the good work to all you old-timers.
