any low carb/cal desert ideas using sweetener?

ive tried a milk n cinnamin noodle desert from Portugal which was similar to rice pudding wasn't too bad so was thinking of trying that with zero noodles or cud try chopping them up to rice size to make rice pudding but at £2 a pack don't really want to try it without a tried n tested recipe. bit bored of using them in stir fries n missing my deserts.
(ive also got raw cocoa powder too n no low cal recipes for that either so any recipe ideas for that wud be helpful too. thanks :)

    Mix together Angel food cake and one can of crushed pinapple. Mix both together and bake at same temp as it says on box of angel food cake. it is SOOOO GOOD!!!

    If you want, you can add fat-free pudding with fat free whip topping as a frosting, but if you decide not to it is just as good with lower calories!
