These are "Sit & Be Fit" brand DVDs....this site is nice for video clips....click on DVD title & then Play in the upper right corner. Tons of other information....like equipment requirements

If you have access to youtube you can do a search for 'chair exercises'. I know I've come across some on there before. Also resistance or stretchy bands are nice for strength training or even some hand weights are good to get some mobility work in. And if you are able to get around, walking is one of the best things you can do to keep active.

    Best wishes!

    Hello,

It's worthwhile seeing if you can speak with an Occupational Therapist to assist you with building an appropriate programme that is tailored to your needs and future requirements.

If you live in the UK, you may be able to discuss this with your local council and often appointments are free - but double check this as it is area dependant!

    Good Luck and good health,

    Kaela x
