    Hi, I am just on here for the past week and I love it so far. I started a doctor supervised program at an MCI clinic where I work. I have lost 2 lbs already and I am feeling great.
    I also started Zumba classes and track this and my exercise tapes and walking to and from work.
    I'd love to help out if I can.
