Help

I have been doing MFP for 30 days and I guess I am confused about the calorie intake and weight loss. I have been eating 1200 a day and busting my *kitten* at the gym and the scale is not moving. Somebody help!

Are you weighing all your solid food on a food scale and measuring liquid food in measuring cups/spoons?
You may be eating more than you think.

Yes and No. I measure all liquids but not weighing solids.

Only eating 1200 calories a day AND busting your *kitten* at the gym?? Obviously without knowing your height and weight its hard to tell if your under eating but I have a suspicion that you are.

You should definitely weigh solids. It is possible you are eating more than you think. Also what is your protein/carb/fat percentages? That could have an impact as well.

If OP was undereating she would have lost weight by now!

OP, try getting a decent digital food scale and weigh all solid foods you swallow.
I assure you that you will begin to lose.
Please recheck that 1200 calories is right for your present body weight and height.

ETA-you already started another thread on this same topic.
MFP rules state only one thread per topic.
