Hi,

I've been back to MFP for 20 days now, and most of my old buddies are gone. I'd love to have some new buddies who share their diary w. a daily calorie goal of 1500-1600. I'm taking it slow and steady this time...and really appreciate giving and getting cheers, tips and support from others on the same journey. My name is Jessica - nice to meet ya!
