How many calories should I be eating?

Hi all, so I'm looking for some advice on how many calories I should be eating in a day in order to lose weight. I am 5'4" and 152lbs. Last time I did my measurements I was 33-31-40. I work 5 days a week at a horse barn, as well as riding my horse 3-4 nights a week and feed in the evenings on the weekend. I wore my polar HRM today at work to get an idea of how many calories I burn in a day and in 10.5 hours of work I burned 3,495 calories. This was a fairly typical day. I have MFP set to very active and 1.5lbs a week, and it has set me at 1,890 calories a day. Should I eat this or should I be eating more with how much I am working? I am wanting to get down to 125-135lbs. I do feel hungry eating this amount.
Thanks!

The easiest way to do it is to track your weight and what you eat for a week. If you eat 3k calories and maintain your weight that is your starting point. Your maintenance changes day to day depending on activity, so you are just looking for a ballpark estimate.

You should eat calorie according to your weight and height, age. You just put your height, weight and age in calorie calculator then you easily get how much calorie you needed to eat in a day. As I calculate according to the information given by you.
