    That is AWESOME!!! You are right... we are sooooo much harder on ourselves than we are to others. I am not there yet, still have a way to go.

    You look incredible, good for you for doing that. I'm still a work in progress (same height so I like seeing what others look like further along) and just purchased a one piece that for the first time in years, doesn't have the attached shorts. Just a plain one piece. I just got it so I haven't worn it yet, but I will and you're setting a great example.

    Firstly you do look great in your bikini.. i was exactly the same about wearing any swimwear infront of my hubby never mind in public after having kids (a remark my hubby made about my body changes with my first pregnancy scarred me more than stretch marks).

    i went away alone for a few weeks and i really didnt care after i seen how brave other women were wearing bikinis and they were bigger than me. Stil not happy with my body but i can change that :) Mind over matter ;)

    I'm 55 and still wear a bikini. My hubby loves it, and usually is the one picking them out for me. I made my 28 year old daughter promise me that she will let me know when it's time for me to stop wearing bikinis, though... ;-)
