New, been reading a while though :)

Hello all!!

I'm 24 and trying to get back into the shape I was in a 21! Hah. I am 5'7 and 157 right now but need to point out my body frame is small and I'm extREMEly apple shaped so I need to lose a lot still. I'm down from around 190 (I got so heavy I couldn't check-too afraid ! )

I have been losing since about January and am down about 30 something...I first cut the junk and starting walking fast/jogging alternating about 45 mins 3xweek (nothing happened),then I started eating healthier and same workout but not watching calories (nothing still..) and now I am watching every calorie and working out 90 mins 4-5x week walking on an inclinde with 3 lb weights in hand and have finally started really losing (woot!). I am searching for a way to keep this up and keep losing...

Anywho, feel free to add me as a friend and I'm going to try to be active in the forums and accountable.
