Just starting

Hi all: I entered all my food and water intake yesterday and noticed that I am consuming entirely too much creamer and sugar with my coffee so today I have switched to unsweet tea for my morning caffeine and moving on to water.:smile:

    Hi and welcome to MFP!

    I remember on my first day of logging that I had eaten WAY above my calories and I was so shocked :)

    That is without a doubt the hardest thing for me to do. I've tried other natural sweeteners and it's just not the same. I am trying to get used to unsweetened tea.

    It all starts with small changes, for me the first thing I noticed was my odd sweet here and there ended up being way over what I thought I was nibbling on , log it own it and change it . I think once you start logging it does make you think more about what you are consuming well done for starting and feel free to add me

    I LOOVVVEEEE Coffee with french vanilla creamer. Yesterday I made the switch to green tea only :( I hope I can adapt soon!

    I can say that when I was super strict with my eating (the last time I lost a ton of weight), after about 9 months of eating super clean, I drank a coke and almost threw up I couldn't stand it.
