Hi, am Carol. Are there any members who are over 70 years old? Thought maybe we could compare notes, encourage each other, just have a new 'friend' with the same challenges.

I have sent you a "friend request"

Wonky maybe lost in translation from UK English to US English

    Wonky

    http://www.thefreedictionary.com/wonky

    "1. shaky or unsteady
    2. not in correct alignment; askew
    3. liable to break down or develop a fault"

Oh, ok I get it "wonky", I like that word.

How much weight are you trying to lose? are you in an exercise program? How long have you been on this site? Do you have a weight loss goal? and if so, how have you been doing at losing? A lot of questions huh?
Where are you from? UK? where? what kind of weather are you having there? It's summer here, so our temps have been in the high 90s & low 100s.

Hope you don't mind all the questions.

mcgowanc2. I am now at maintain level, and still trying to balance my weight, it goes up & down by a couple of pounds weekly, but I am trying to stick under 168lbs, which is 12 stones and is a weight I feel happy with

Not in exercise programme, except walking, but just into town, and sometimes along the seafront or stately home / garden

been here nearly two years, reached my goal weight around Easter this year, hence my maintain weight ups & downs

I am near Portsmouth, which is on the South coast of England

Weather here is no where near as hot as yours, glad to say, those temps would be way too hot for me. Summer here as well, temps are around 65 - 70 range
