Does anyone have a natural ways to help shed water weight? I know they say to drink plenty of water, and that helps to eliminate water. I drink 8-12 cups a day. Is that too much. Any suggestions. And I don't want to take pills, but vitamins are ok.

It's not too much. In fact, each person has a different water need. You might not be getting enough!

Maybe try a day with 8oz each 30 mins (if you are awake 16 hrs, that is about 15 cups)

I don't feel like I have any water weight troubles, and I drink close to 16 cups every day.

Caffeine (as in unsweetened iced tea, coffee, etc.) are diuretics and can shed water quickly. Try lemon juice in your water... lemon juice is also known as a diuretic. Also, try to limit your sodium intake... the more sodium you consume, the more you will retain water.
I try to drink at least a gallon of water each day, and the more I drink, particularly when exercising hard, the more I urinate, and thus, the more water weight I shed.

Might I ask why it is you want to lose water weight? Your body is smart enough (generally) to hold onto the water it needs.

Thanks I have heard about the lemon before. I didn't know about the caffeine. I thought that it worked the opposite. I guess I was wrong, haha.
    thanks for the info!
