What's up fitness peeps?

Hey, nothing special here just a quick introduction. I'm Mark, I work on computers for a living and I've been using this app/program for a few years off and on, but being a lot more serious about keeping up the past few months. I can say for sure that it is helping me A LOT to be able to scan in what I am eating and keep track of my levels at any given time. Hope to see you all around and get to know some of you better...

    Hi, well done Mark thats great :)

    Ive been using the app for a while on and off but have decided today that this is IT, i will change my eating habits.

    Thought i'd try the message boards this time round for a bit more motivation :)

    Hi, I've been on MFP for week but am liking the accountability of logging everything. I'm already starting to see some patterns and bad habits I can change - things I knew but somehow seeing it all logged makes it harder to avoid!
  • It definitely keeps you more accountable to have friends on here that see your logs and whether or not you cheated. It's all about making our minds up that we are going to reach the goal whether it is easy or not. I'm down around 42 lbs. with another 18 or so to reach my goal, I'm not going to accept anything less than success.
