Just wait. Body fluctuates weight based on water retention a lot especially when it relates to your monthly cycle, nothing to worry about.0

Patience. It'll go away eventually. I notice when I retain water the worst thing that happens is my pants are a little tight and I visually bloat for a few days. Scale doesn't bother me as bad. Nothing much you can do but drink plenty of fluids and continue on with your life :P after all, it's not fat gain, so idgaf.0

not an issue. your weight will fluctuate up and down every day. if you weigh in daily and you tend to spazz out over the fluctuations, there's an app called Happy Scale that shows the trend despite fluctuations. it's helped me out a lot.0

Water is good for you. In your muscles, it actually helps you do more reps before the lactic acid builds up (creatine does this on puprose0. The scale is not a good measure from day to day, but is slightly more useful for week to week measures. I will often fluctuate 2-3 lbs from day to day. A much better way of determining progress is with a tape measure (I use a myotape). Take three measurements and plug them into here http://fitness.bizcalcs.com/Calculator.asp?Calc=Body-Fat-Navy .
I just got back from a week long wakeboarding vacation and gained 3-4 lbs, but my waist shrunk by 1/4 inch. The weight bothered me , but the waist measurement was more important since it's much more indicative of my health than my weight.0 -
Cut out all carbs for about 2 days, you'll be going like a fountain.0

Drink 2 ounces of 100% cranberry juice with 7 ounces of water. Make sure you have a bathroom close by.0 -
Water retention can be caused by excess sodium, an intense workout, hormones, stress, etc. Just be consistent and it will work itself out.

When I travel for long periods of time like sitting in the car for 30 plus hours on a trip to Arizona. My ankles swell up so much. It takes about a week for me to get rid of the water. What I have been doing and it works. I add lemon essential oil to my water You have to make sure you get the ones that you can ingest. Give it a try!0
