Calories in vs calories out

I know that this has been on the board several times...but I need some clarification.
I use the Fitbit force to track my steps and activity level, as well as Run Keeper to track my runs. I have just started back up counting my calories as I need need need to loose weight and get healthier. I'm confused on eating back my calories...especially now that MFP gets info from my Fitbit and my RunKeeper.
As an example, MFP says that I should be consuming 1,790 calories every day to loose weight. My RunKeeper says that I burned 570 calories in my run and my Fitbit adjustment is at 425 calories. MFP says that I should consume 2,785 calories to loose weight. Right now I'm sitting at 2000 calories for the day...should I consume another 785 calories?
This is the part that has always confused me....any help would be greatly appreciated.

MFP has a Fitbit Users group: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/1307-fitbit-users
Your Fitbit burn is your TDEE—way more accurate than any online calculator. If you eat less than your Fitbit burn, you will lose weight.0 -
So, should I disconnect my RunKeeper from MFP so that MFP doesn't double count my total calories? Should I be eating back those calories burned? How many calories less than my TDEE should I be eating?0

Read this, it helps you decide how to handle your calories.
Hope you find it helpful.

I use my Fitbit to calculate my calories burned and MFP to calculate my calories consumed. I try to eat under what my Fitbit says I burned. I don't pay attention to what MFP says I burned because that's never as accurate as the Fitbit. I'm not sure about Run Keeper because I don't use that.0

You said you've already connected MFP & Fitbit. Enable negative calorie adjustments: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings
Follow your MFP calorie goal, and eat back your adjustments.

There's information in the Fitbit Users group about using MFP + Fitbit + RunKeeper.0
