Hi all. Is there any one out there observing Ramadan (fasting) this year? Let's share our experience of fasting and trying to lose weight and maintain fitness at the same time. I have never really gain weight during Ramadan but I never really lose anything either. But this year I am determine to lose at least 5 kg (now I am 63 kg) during the month of Ramadan. Sounds easy but let's see. I am a regular exerciser so exercising is not a problem but I usually slack off a bit during Ramadan. Will try to maintain walking for a mile at least. And to work off my abs. I am 49 years old by the way.
