Losing Weight Mentally As Opposed To Physically

Options
I am, just as I know a lot of you are, in the position where you're -this- close to starting over. But I'm here to tell you, that sometimes physical weight loss doesn't matter as much as mental weight loss.

- Cleaning, organizing, detoxing the house (garage / yard sale, donating, and calling 1800 got junk)
- Scrubbing away toxic and "dead end" relationships
- Getting that days todo list done
- Keeping productive with the pomodoro technique [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pomodoro_Technique] [http://pomodorotechnique.com/]

I've de-junked my closet, drawers, and the top of my dresser, donated clothes and food. I've also vacuumed the house, and hallway (Mom and I live an apartment)

So have I gained a lot or all of my weight back ? Yes, but I feel lighter and thinner by keeping productive and trying to keep up with my ZR5kT, and ZR. I feel better about myself, and I can look in the mirror and think "wow, I'm really pretty today"

I agree! I think there is a HUGE aspect to losing weight that is mental/emotional, and that might be even more important than the physical part. For me it was figuring out emotionally/mentally why I was over weight or allowing myself to be or keeping myself that way. I explored that and now getting healthy has been easier. I feel lighter emotionally..and now am working on my surroundings as well. Feels great to dexlutter your life all around!
