I would really like to add some friends on here. I am a MFP long timer and I have already reached my goal weight. I am maintaining and always looking for support. I can be of help to you if you have questions and I would love to add anyone I can learn from as well.

I'd love for you to add me seeing as I don't know how either lol I'm maintaining as we'll but not so well my issue is knowing how many calories I'm burning exercising I get on the scale every three days and it keeps going down which isn't so bad and all but I want to maintain while not being so exercise obsessed and I like you like the if it fits thing it saved me from binging and restricting0
