It's been nasty humid here and I feel like a cow. It's psyching me out.

Me too!!! In GA the humidity is awful! I just noticed the other day that after 5 weeks of walking briskly (which was getting easier for me) became almost unbearable because it felt as if my body was wading through water and my legs were cramping up. I figured it was the humidity! Ugh!0
