Still so far, but there is hope! Proof lifting helps!

I'm still so far from where I want to be, and this is only with about 15 pounds lost. But just to prove yet again, lifting helps!

I don't even really lift that much (1x a week at actual gym, about 2x a week with bodyweight/dumbells at home). The rest of the time I dance around like an idiot to Just Dance on the XBox, and I've gotten back into running a bit. I'm still super uncomfortable in the gym weight area, but that is slowly fading. I'm the biggest girl there, but by heck, I will not be for long!
And yes, that is the same person in before and after, I just majorly cut and dyed my hair. This is over about 3 months.
So if I got these results in 3 months with only moderate effort...how much better are the next 3 months going to be when I really get in my A-game???
Hope this encourages some of you, it certainly helped me to see the results. The scale didn't move as much as I had hoped...but pictures don't lie (well...unless they are Photoshopped...but these aren't!).
