Early Breakfast Lost

I dont eat breakfast but since being on a diet since monday I have been trying to atleast make a effort because everyone is telling me that it is so good for me. I get up at 5 in the morning for work and I am so clueless when it come to what to eat or cook for that meal.. I want to drink the carnation good start but that is to sugary so they say I am at a real lost because I want to do everything right?!!!

You absolutely do not need to eat breakfast, it makes zero difference in terms of body composition and health. Everyone who has told you that is clueless...

There's no "right" way to do this except to take in fewer calories than you burn. If you don't like to eat breakfast, don't force yourself to, especially don't drink a so-so "nutrition" drink that is loaded with carbs and sugar and will probably only make you hungrier. Try eating based on your natural schedule and just reduce the amount you eat daily. If you find that you are getting too hungry and not controlling your intake well later in the day because you aren't eating breakfast, then look at options to eat breakfast. If, however, you find that you are able to stay within your calorie goals without breakfast and you aren't starving, don't sweat it.

if youre not hungry for breakfast, dont eat it.

it does not "kickstart" your metabolism for the day. it is not "the most important meal" of the day.

if you would like to drink carnation good start, go for it!
    sugar is not the debil.

here are some solid threads to get you started:

    persistence is key.
stick with it, track accurately, maintain a healthy deficit, workout if youd like to.

    good luck!

"everyone" in this case being pretty much no one you are going to talk to here. No, you do not need to eat breakfast if you don't want to.

Plan some "breakfasts" you can take to work and eat when you get hungry -

-boiled egg and bread or bagel
    -greek yogurt and fresh fruit
-instant oatmeal (if there is a microwave available)
    -cottage cheese with fruit

If there's a fridge, you could even take cold cereal and a cup of milk.

There's no need to eat right after you get up. If you have something portable and work you can easily eat it on your first break or maybe even at your desk.

I personally like to eat breakfast because if not I get too hungry later in the day and tend to overeat my first meal. A light and quick idea that would be cheaper than purchasing pre-made drinks is to blend up a smoothie with some frozen fruit and yogurt. In this way you could control the protein and sugar content and switch up the flavor of your smoothies whenever you get bored or sick of it.
