Just curious what everyone else does to get their cardio in if it is pouring rain outside, and have no way to the gym??
I don't have any workout equipment at my house....any ideas?

If you're a runner, I say go rain or shine.
But I live in Seattle, so that's just the way we run up here. 0 0

I love HASfit on Youtube. Coach Kozak is very encouraging and it only takes 20-30 minutes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mG6WVOlETjw 0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mG6WVOlETjw 0

I'm another You Tube suggester, there are some great ones out there. I'm not a video person, but for a go-to when you don't have anything else they can be fun.0

People forget that some people actually can't run in the rain, for example, I don't like to run outside in pouring rain because I need my hearing aids to hear the cars.0

I hate running/walking in the rain because no matter how good my shoes and socks are, as soon as they are wet I get evil blisters 0 0

if you have an issue such as hearing aids that can't get wet, that is different. if you don't want to run outside in the rain because it's just raining, then that is just... idk, lack of motivation. rain, cold, heat, whatever. they're all excuses.
if you have issues with your feet and blisters, you need non-cotton socks, and to slather your feet in aquaphor, or any water based ointment.
i run and bike in the rain, when safe, because most triathlons or races will not be canceled due to rain.0

Ha, it's why I have the treadmill - if it rains too much for me to run in, I just go on the treadmill. I do agree that if it's because "it's raining, I don't wanna" - then it is just an excuse.0

 I run to the gym.
Then again, I run hot, so running in rain is super comfy for me.0
