Anyone here does turbofire or turbojam twice a day?

I really want to see results and i was planning making turbofire in the morning and turbojam at night, of course i would also have my rest day, has anyone done it? should i do it? thanks

    If you're able to do another workout later in the day you didn't work hard the first workout. Just stick to one.

    They both sort of target the same areas. Try doing a different workout for the second one. I often double up with a core/strength training (P90X, 21 Day Fix workouts, circuit training, kettlebell) and a cardio 30-60 mins. I have gotten great results. :flowerforyou:

    false. i often push hard in my morning bike ride, and then have the energy to go for a run in the evening.


    OP, i wouldn't do both those in the same day. go for a run in the evening instead.
