I always say that Beachbody is my support group for my Turbo Jam addiction. LOL!

    Chalene is awesome! You totally lose track of time.

    I hate her when she speeds up though "single, single, double!!" :tongue:

    I used to do Turbo Jam, but ordered the new Turbo Fire. Started it yesterday! It was fun but hard to get a hang of the steps. Today was a 30 minute stretching class, felt good but BURNED!! Hope I get addicted too!

    Turbofire is so addictive... I can never get enough of it.. I was doing it 7 days a week with TurboJam on HITT days.
