TDEE far off from mfp

So I know that mfp doesnt account for exercise, but the number mfp gave me for daily cal intake is close to a thousand less than what the TDEE calculations are. Below are the numbers I got using Harris Benedecit method:
2014 cal intake (subtracting 20%)
1940 cal intake (subtracting 25%)
I also got different numbers when using the fat percentage method, because the fat percentage calculators I used (2 of them) gave me two vastly different fat percentages! So confusing! But the lower tdee number I got using the fat % tdee calculator was closest to the Harris Benedict TDEE number that I got, so Im sticking with that. If any of that made sense...lol.
SO...my question now, is do I eat the tdee number of cals or the mfp? Even with adding my exercise cals into mfp, it still doesnt come close to the tdee number!! What to do?

i saw percentages and numbers, and didnt even bother reading.
if you know your maintenance, just take 100 cal off it and go from there0 -
Don't over complicate it. Pick any reasonable number at all. Eat that number for a few weeks. If weight goes down you're good. If weight stays the same reduce the number by 10% and give it another couple weeks. If you gain weight reduce the number by 20%. Trial and error > any calculator out there.0

The biggest differences between the TDEE method and MFP are going to be exercise calories and weight loss goals. Do you have MFP set to lose 1 pound per week or two? That might help bring the numbers closer together.
But as the posters above have said, pick one and adjust based on your results. All the numbers are just going to be estimates.0 -
Except Im soooo impatient and dont want to be overweight any longer than I have to. Lol. Mfp number has resulted in 10 lb loss over 2 weeks...which Im just worried is too fast. But the high tdee number also seems like Ill be eating more than necessary. Guess Ill aim for a number in the middle and stick with it.0
