Just started using mfp

Hello,

I'm a newbie here - not a newbie at weight loss though as I've lost the extra weight before. But most of it has crept back on over the last three or four years and it's time to get it before it gets me!
Have joined the gym, started logging food and am really raring to go. It would be good to find people to chat to for the times when motivation is flagging though...
