I've done a variation of this called cauliflower popcorn, but this sounds divine.
Trying it tomorrow (probably for breakfast LOL) :laugh:0 -

it was only 1 pt for the old WW points, it cant be that many calories, i suggest putting it in the recipe builder to find out for sure... the only fat you have is the olive oil and you can cut back on that too ooo and the cheese but i dont put that on sometimes either... its sooo good!0 -
my vegan version of that i also add broccoli but instead of cheese i use nutritional yeast0

This is one of my favorites! I normally cook it until it is VERY VERY brown! I honestly can eat an entire cauliflower, not that I do but I certainly could!!0

Throw in some brussel sprouts cut in half in the mix. I promise they will not taste like any brussel sprouts you've ever hated. I was converted over Thanksgiving. They're sooo good and add some extra protein.0

Yum! I may have to try that. Only I only have frozen cauliflower (with broccoli in as well). Would that work?0

Oh never mind, I need to read more- it says fresh or frozen.0
