100 calorie oatmeal toppings
I love Cooking Light, and I love oatmeal. They had a good post today so I thought I would share. I think they might be a bit off on some of their calories (2 tbsp apples?), but good ideas nontheless!

Wow! Thanks!
I've totally been reluctant to use things like jam or honey because a table spoon is what 50 cals...where as a tea spoon of "half spoon" sugar is 18cals and sweetens it right up!0 -
Very neat! But yes, I think they are off on some calories. 2 tablespoons of apples for 100 calories? Usually the apples I eat are 80 calories for a whole apple! But good ideas nonetheless!0

Have you tried the McDonald's oatmeal? Delish, but with all the dried fruit, even getting it w/o brown sugar and ff milk, it's still close to 300 calories....I've been trying to figure it out but it hurts my brain, and would rather just do my own.0
