I always get really drunk

Ever since I started drinking a case of beer a day, I have found that I get really really hammered! I usually drink 6 before I run, and then 6 before lunch, 6 before dinner, then 6 before passing out on someones front porch...My question is how do I stop myself from getting so drunk? Maybe ran AFTER i drink them?
Whatever, bottoms up!

If you don't drunk enough beer your body holds on to fat and then you pee your pants cause of starvation mode.0

I was just about to drop this knowledge0 -
beer has protein what you will just pee out due to the volume consumed. I'd consider switching to hard liquor to minimize loss of your gains.0

Whenever you are dancing on the tables it burns more cals.
When you put the lampshade on your head it cancels that out, so yer good.0 -

1200 calories is not enough. Your body is going to hold onto all your fat, so eat more!0

Or are you Canadian?
The GIF obviously isn't Canadian, or we'd have a beer in one hand and hockey stick in the other! :indifferent:0 -
Switch to light beer. Coors light is Rocky Mountain water that never touches barley. It's not near as hard on your liver.0

It's the carbs.
Try vodka with diet coke.
0 carbs and only 70kcal.

You really need to eat breakfast. Otherwise you will go into starvation mode. That could be why you are getting so drunk.0
