Help logging 30 Day Shred!!

Hey everyone!

I just got my copy of 30 Day Shred in the mail today and am going to start it tonight.
How do you guys log that exercise into you MFP?

    Hi there I've done the 30 day shred a few times now, I just created my own exercise and input the exercise time and calories myself. :)

    I always logged it as 20 minutes of circuit training.

    Same here. I even checked the calories while wearing a heart rate monitor, and it the difference was negligible.
