Hello everyone!
I am new to your group as well, but I would love the encouragement. I am currently in a weight management program that works out three days per week, but I walk on the opposing days. If that is okay, I will record my times from class and my personal walks. This will be my encouragement to walk each day!
I am already inspired by your dedication to the challenge!
this morning I was challenged by the elliptical machine. we had to complete a series of sprints and then maintain an aerobic pace. Each week they will add a level of difficulty. I have just started my second week.0 -
