Training with dumbells only?

Does anyone have any suggestions for strength training workouts that can be done at home with dumbells only? I have 5-25 pound dumbbells . My goal is to increase strength and minimize muscle loss while marathon training. Looking to do 2-3 days/week. Thanks!

Bodybuilding.com has an exercise database. I'm sure they'll have a lot of different exercises for DBs. You can do pretty much everything you do with a barbell; it's just harder because DBs force you to correct muscle imbalances from side to side and recruit more stabilizers.0

or like previous poster said, go to bodybuilding.com, use the search (you do not have to be a member) and put in dumbbell exercises or dumbbell workouts.
My only suggestion is to invest in a little heavier dumbbells once you get going.0 -
