my name is Valerie I am on my journey to lose weight. In January I had my son and weighed 250 pounds I now weigh 205 and am trying so hard to get this weight off. I want to be healthy for my son and myself!!!

    Hey there, Val! Great to hear that you're doing it for you AND your kids :)
    I'm 18 and a studying dietitian/nutritionist (though I'm not full of knowledge JUST YET). I aim to lose 10-15lbs of fat and gain muscle and tone up by the time my fiance comes home from Marine boot camp, which is in 3 months and 2 weeks :)
