You have one of those lazy days, maybe you ran the previous few days and you're just not feeling it that day so you decide you're not going to run or anything. So you kind of just go through your day like whatever, but then at some point at night or later in the day something kind of sparks and you just put on your shoes and go for a run and feel great?
I was set on just making it up tomorrow or whatever and then at like 8:30 I just said screw it, i'm going for a run and now I couldn't be happier I did that!

I love it when I manage to get a good workout in on days when I least feel like working out.0

I love it when I'm really low on energy but I tell myself that I need to at least get in a 15 minute run . Then I end up zoning out and look down to see I've been running for 25 minutes.0

I love this, and also the days where I'm all mentally geared to just eat some crap. Like I almost even plan it out. And then I just never do. I don't get around to it, or decide not to.
