    I am 28 and new mother to 8month old beautiful girl! Am loving this new life as mum. I am trying to get back to the weight I was when I was married 7 years ago. It took 7 years to put on so I am giving myself some time to lose it.
    This site has been fabulous. I love the recording food and counting calories and recording exercise. Just that alone is motivating enough for me, but when I feel desparate for comfort food, the forums are really helpful. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging.
