2 day splurge

The last couple of day I went all out. My diet and weight loss was going really well before these last couple of days. I thought, "Today is my splurge day, tomorrow I get back on track" Today I splurged again. Now I feel horrible. My weight loss journey has always been this roller coaster. I now have lost almost 30lbs and still have a lot more to go. I am 5ft and 184. I know, its not good for my height at all. I started out as 210lbs, went down to 190lbs, went back up to 210lbs, now 184lbs. My energy is down and I feel miserable. I'm a single mother of 2, work part time, and a college student. Does anybody have any advice or motivation techniques so I will not continue this roller coaster weight gain and loss?

Keep trying and get back on track, you cannot undo the past just focus on today.. by the way even if you say that your current weight is not good it is still better than when you started. Keep going dint give up on yourself.0

Make sure your calorie goal isn't too aggressive, causing you to go and binge.
Fit the foods you love to eat in your calorie goal.
Log the bad days and move on. In the grand scheme of things, a few days will be nothing and won't hinder you at all.0 -
just forgive yourself and know it is not too late to start over (or continue) *now* on the track to health.
there is no better time then the present!0 -
girl, ive had multiple splurge days in a row without "planning" on it. What do i do? get back on track day 3. 2 days will NOT ruin you physically, so don't let it mentally/emotionally!0

May I ask what your calorie goal is. Please tell me it isn't 1200.0 -
Don't get discouraged by 2 days. Your goal is a lifetime change, 2 days will not make a difference in your long-term goal.0

Yeah its 1200. Its works fine with me and have my energy. It was when I splurged I felt horrible like feeling sick and no energy.0

So when you ate more you had less energy?0 -
yeah, and I started feeling sick0

Increase to more than 1200 and try to fit in some of the items you like to splurge on daily so you don't feel so deprived.
1200 is so hard to manage. I would feel hungry all the time.0 -

Suggest you reconsider that it's working fine for you, based on what's happening now.0
