Hi everyone, I have been overweight for the last 21 years, this time I have to win the battle with food, mind over matter right?... yeah I wasn't convinced either lol, but Hey I'm trying! :happy:

    Hello new here also. good luck to your and your weight loss....this may sound like a broken record but have to say I discovered AdvoCare products and lost 16lbs since this summer.

    Just a small town girl in Western KS trying to get into better shape and shed a few more pounds!!!
