Looking for a bunch of pals :)

Hey there,

my name is Arne, I am from Germany, 40 years old and slightly overweight.
It´s my third time here on MFP and I know, I can do it with your support.

I lost close to 8 Kilo last time but after half a year of struggling and falling and a lot and
very unhealthy eating I have to loose 20 now :sad:

I love chatting with my friends here, have fun and support each other.
I try to eat a clean lchf-close to paleo diet. So, don´t wonder about some of my meals.
