Has anyone tried freezing Laughing Cow cheese?

The Laughing Cow site says freezing them will "alter the quality," but I want to know if anyone here has successfully (or unsuccessfully) frozen these wedges.

Not these specifically, but I've frozen cheese before. It tastes the same, but the texture gets mealy. I't unnoticeable for things like grated parmesan, but any cheese that you eat in decent-sized pieces will have a less pleasant mouth feel.

I have not frozen Laughing Cow cheese before but I've frozen cheddar cheese before (a block of it) and it changed the texture, I couldn't slice it, it just crumbled. But the Laughing Cow cheese is much more soft so maybe it would hold up better? Since they're small you could just try one at first and see how it goes.

The ones in my frig now don't expire for like 9 months. Do you need to freeze it? I freeze hard cheeses but not the soft ones.
