Yummy "ice cream"

Take 1 frozen banana and blend with 1 tblspoon almond butter, pinch of cinnamon, 1 tblspoon unsweetened cocoa powder and 1/4 cup almond milk. Delish !

    I usually just do plain banana, no milk or anything else necessary. It will eventually become like soft serve ice cream. I bet almond butter would be a fantastic mix in, thanks for the idea. I also like stirring in dark chocolate and chopped walnuts. YUM!
