IF YOU LIKE NUTS SPRINKLE ON TOP OF BROWN SUGAR BEFORE BAKING OVEN 350.15 - 20 MINS ORUNTIL BROWN
SPRAY 8' BAKING DISH WITH PAM OR YOUR CHOICE PLACE BISCUITS IN DISH MELT BUTTER N BROWN SUGAR IN SAUCE PAN POUR OVER BISCUITS N IF U HAVE NUTS PUT THEM ON TOP NOW BAKE

    It's monkey bread! I think this has been in every school or church cookbook I've ever seen because it's easy enough for children to make.

    Except most recipes say to quarter the biscuits so you can pull off bite sized pieces.

    It's monkey bread! I think this has been in every school or church cookbook I've ever seen because it's easy enough for children to make.

    Except most recipes say to quarter the biscuits so you can pull off bite sized pieces.

    Back in the day, I would cut up little chunks of cream cheese and roll the pieces of biscuit dough around them. Then stack them all in a bundt pan, top with the buttery, cinnamony topping, and bake. Makes lovely pull apart bread that we called "gorilla bread" instead of "monkey bread" (cuz of the cream cheese, doncha know).
