Thanks for the warm welcome all. My goal is to shed about 10lbs of body fat and build some more lean body mass. I have really been getting into running lately and hope all that sweat along with this tracking system helps me get my six pack back! I did the Body for Life about 8yrs ago with great success, and this sight should help me reach the next level.....hopefully!0
