I always see seasonal lists on Pinterest... A quick Google search may also help you.0

Usually whatever's featured or on sale is what's in season. Also the seasonal stuff tends to be in the front or the middle of the produce section, as opposed to around the sides. Right now I'm seeing (and eating) a lot of berries, peaches, apricots etc. As far as how to tell what's good, look for unblemished fruit (no dents or brown squishy spots). Apples should be firm, but plums, nectarines, peaches and apricots should have a little give. Smell is a great indicator too. Ripe fruit smells...nice and fruity. It'll take some practice, but you'll get it down.0

For apples, pears, plums and peaches - they should be firm with a little softness, but not hard or squishy. Avoid brown spots and mold.
Melons you can generally tell by 'thumping' then lightly with your thumb or finger. If they have a hollow sound and the outside is firm, then are probably ripe.
Berries should not be squishy or have mold (no fruit should have mold!). Dark spots are a sign of injury (bruising) or that they are on their way out.
