What kind of snacks can I eat besides fruits and vegetables like something that kinda get me through my 1st phase of dieting?

    I like
    a slice of whole grain bread (like Oroweat) and a tablespoon of peanut butter or PB2
    Planters Pistachio mix (it has pistachios, almonds, and cashews)
    A chopped up apple drizzled with a tablespoon of melted peanut butter and sprinkled with chocolate chips or raisins
    1/2 an avocado
    Greek yogurt sprinkled with granola
    Frozen Go-gurts
    (I know this is fruit, but it's amazing) Frozen grapes
    Hummus with pita chips
    Special K protein shakes (I only like the coffee flavors)
    Special K and Fiber One cereals with unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    Homemade peanut butter protein balls
    Pudding cups
    Halved grapefruit, drizzled with honey and sprinkled with cinnamon, broiled for 5 minutes (again, fruit, but AMAZING)
    Laughing Cow Babybel cheese
    Wasa crisp spread with Laughing Cow cheese wedge

    I second the WW toast with PB2- yummy
    And try it with a cold sliced apple instead of the bread!

    1 serving of a kashi high protein cereal with unsweetened vanilla almond milk.

    Good for you tortilla chips and salsa.

    I just had a 3 pack of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. I highly suggest those.

    Have you tried "Vlasic Stacker Kosher Dill Pickles?" I like the crunch & the salty treats. They are also "0" calories.

    A serving of low fat Wheat thins
    Light Yogurt (especially Yoplait Key Lime Pie)
    Light String Cheese
    Apple & Peanut Butter
    Baby Carrots
